The use of self-check-in terminals was a great feature. The breakfast had good value for money, with a variety of options available. the location of the hotel was convenient, being only a short 13-minute walk away from the train station. The comfortable beds and warm linens provided a great night's sleep. The technology used for customer safety and comfort was also impressive.
One major issue we experienced was the room temperature. Despite the warm linens, the room felt cold and uncomfortable.
